How does the AI palm reading work?
AiPamist uses advanced AI image analysis to study the lines, mounts, and shape of your hand. Simply take a clear photo of your dominant hand in good lighting and the AI generates a full personalized reading covering personality, love, career, vitality, and your life path.
Are my photos stored? Who can see them?
Your photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are never shared with third parties or displayed publicly. You can delete your photos and reading history at any time from within the app settings. For full details, see our

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's store settings:
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → AiPamist → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → AiPamist → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you'll retain access until then.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform.

What subscription plans are available?
AiPamist offers two plans:
Weekly Plan — $2.99/week: Billed every 7 days. Full access to all features. Cancel anytime.
3-Month Plan — $9.99/3 months: Best value. Save over 70% compared to the weekly plan. Billed every 3 months.
Why does my reading seem generic or inaccurate?
Reading quality depends heavily on your photo. For best results, use a well-lit, clear photo of your open palm in natural light. Make sure your entire hand is visible and in focus. Very dark photos, blurry shots, or partially cropped hands may produce less detailed results. Try retaking the photo in better conditions and generate again.
Can I regenerate a reading?
Yes! After a reading is generated, you can tap the Regenerate button to get a fresh AI interpretation of the same photo. Each generation is unique, so you may get slightly different insights each time.
How do I save or share my reading?
After your reading is generated, you'll see Save and Share buttons on the result screen. Tap Save to download your reading card to your device's photo library, or tap Share to send it via any app installed on your phone.
Where can I find my past readings?
All your generated readings are saved to your History tab within the app. You can browse, revisit, re-download, or delete any past reading from there. Tap the thumbnail to view the full reading, or the trash icon to delete it.
The app is crashing or not working. What do I do?
First, try closing and restarting the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your account data will be restored). If you're still experiencing issues, please email us at support@aipamist.app with your device model, iOS/Android version, and a description of the problem.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request full account and data deletion by emailing support@aipamist.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - AiPamist". Please include your account email. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm when complete.
Is AiPamist available on both iOS and Android?
Yes! AiPamist is available on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Download it free on either platform and subscribe to unlock unlimited readings.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To submit a data request:

- Specify: full deletion, specific photo/reading removal, or data export

Tips for Better Readings
- Use natural light — soft daylight produces the clearest hand photos for AI analysis. Avoid harsh flash or dim indoor lighting.
- Open your palm fully — spread your fingers slightly and keep your hand relaxed and flat so the AI can see all the major lines clearly.
- Use your dominant hand — for palm reading, your dominant hand is considered your active hand and reveals the most about your life and personality.
- Steady your hand — a blurry photo reduces reading accuracy. Rest your hand on a flat surface for a crisp, still shot.
- Fill the frame — position your hand to fill most of the photo frame so the AI can identify fine details in your lines and mounts.
- Regenerate for variety — the AI creates a unique reading each time, so regenerating may reveal new insights or deeper interpretations.
